MONAT
monatgratitude.com

We have been lucky to have been chosen by MONAT UK to be one of their ongoing charity partners. Since partnering with us their fabulous market partners have provided thousands of toys to give to children in need both here in the UK and for projects we have run in Grenada. Their fundraising events have paid for a mural to be painted in the Whittington hospital’s children’s anaesthetic room. We have also received funding for storytelling in hospitals, schools and community centres. We would like to say thank you to Chloe Langer and all at MONAT UK for all their ongoing support. We look forward to working together on more exciting and much need projects!

ARROW VALVES
arrowvalves.co.uk

Laura Ewers and Arrow Valves have been supporting The TOY Project from the very very beginning. Their fundraising efforts and financial donations, including a generous donation every Christmas, have allowed us to continue to support children in need. Where possible, we spend the money on supporting bereaved children as this is something close to Laura’s heart.
In 2019, Arrow Valves held a fundraising dinner where the money raised went towards providing workshops for children with additional needs in Grenada and towards toy libraries in the UK.
We are immensely grateful for the continued support that Laura and the company have shown us and look forward to continuing this partnership for many years to come.

SYLVANIAN FAMILIES UK
sylvanianfamilies.com/en-uk/

Our partnership started at the 2018 London Toy Fair where we met Daniel Tavender from Sylvanian Families UK. We showcased the work that we do for children living in difficult situations and discussed our workshops educating children on the importance of reducing their carbon footprints. We also talked through the importance of giving to those in need and reducing waste in large companies.
Daniel was eager to support us and within days, boxes of Sylvanian rabbits and monkeys flooded to our warehouse! In Spring 2020, during our response to Covid-19, we worked together to deliver Sylvanian animals, houses and cars to children that were shielding and isolating during lockdown. We were also able to provide NHS staff including doctors, nurses, porters and cleaners with gifts to take home for their children many of whom were isolating themselves away from their parents.
We have always been able to call on Daniel and his team to provide for those in need and hope that our partnership continues through less difficult times in the future. A huge thank you for all the support.

THE ARSENAL FOUNDATION
arsenal.com/thearsenalfoundation

The Arsenal Foundation have enabled us to start our Lego based therapy sessions for children with social and communication needs. These sessions encourage learning through play and support children who would not usually have access to this type of therapy. The Arsenal Foundation funded the initial trial sessions and we now run weekly sessions.
The sessions continue to be run for participants free of charge – thank you to Samir Singh for making this happen.

POLLOCKS TOY SHOP
pollocks-coventgarden.co.uk

We first met owner Louise Heard at the London Toy Fair in 2019 and have formed a close relationship with her and her shop. Since the beginning of our partnership Pollocks have donated surplus stock, purchased a wooden puppet theatre for our puppet workshops and have sold artist prints to support us. The money raised from the sale of the prints will be used to provide art workshops to children in Islington.
We would like to thank Louise and her team for supporting all the fabulous things that we do and look forward to running projects together in the future.

3STYLE SCOOTERS
3style.co.uk

After meeting Michael and Matt from 3Style Scooters at the 2019 London Toy Fair the company have supported us in so many different ways. They have donated scooters to so many children that would not otherwise have access to one, continue to supply us with surplus stock and they also provided a child we support with an official Arsenal branded scooter for his birthday. A huge thank you for making so many children happy.

TEAM DONOVAN

We would like to thank Anne from Team Donovan who has supported us literally every day since The TOY Project began on the 13th November 2013. Sharing our posts on social media, donating to our fundraisers and donating toys via Team Donovan and their thousands of followers has made a real difference to the work that we do. Thank you.

Reclaim Gift Aid

Gift Aid It!Add 25% more to your donation at no cost to you. A Gift Aid declaration allows The TOY Project to claim tax back on eligible donations. It means that for every £1 you donate to The TOY Project we can claim back 25p, at no extra cost to you.

Tell me more »

By ticking the "Yes" box, I agree I would like The TOY Project to reclaim the tax on all qualifying donations I have made, as well as any future donations, until I notify them otherwise. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year I may be asked to pay any difference. I understand that The TOY Project will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give.

What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid does not cost you a penny more, but can add an additional 25p to every £1 you donate. When The TOY Project receives a donation from a UK taxpayer, we're entitled to claim an amount of tax (calculated at the basic rate of income tax in that year) paid on that donation. Once you have given your permission for us to do this on your behalf, there is no need for you to do anything else.

All that is required is that you must be a taxpayer and that would have paid or will pay sufficient Income and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover all the Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

The amount of tax we claim will be 25% of the total value of your donations in that tax year. Furthermore, if you are a higher taxpayer, you are also entitled to claim the difference between the basic rate which we will claim and the amount of tax you have actually paid. For further details on how you can do this, please contact your tax office. If your tax situation changes and your gifts will no longer be eligible for the Gift Aid scheme please contact us and we will amend your record accordingly.
